1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to EagleLogin. By registering an account, accessing our web control plane, downloading our Windows desktop client, or interacting with our API, you enter into a legally binding agreement with EagleLogin ("we", "us", or "our") governed by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately refrain from creating an account or using our software and services.

2. Description of the Service

EagleLogin provides a specialized browser workspace designed for technical professionals, digital agencies, QA testers, and marketing specialists. The suite consists of:

• A secure web-based control plane for managing browser profile configurations and subscription quotas.
• A native Windows desktop application that orchestrates sandboxed Chromium execution directories (--user-data-dir), proxy routing, WebRTC leak suppression, and dynamic hardware fingerprint noise.
• An optional cloud synchronization service for encrypted profile session state.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use EagleLogin, you must register an account with a valid email address and establish a strong password consisting of at least 12 characters. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and Bearer API tokens. Any action performed through your authenticated account is presumed to be authorized by you.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

EagleLogin is intended strictly for ethical, professional, and lawful purposes. You expressly agree not to use EagleLogin, its desktop launcher, or its API to:

• Engage in or facilitate unauthorized intrusion, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized exploitation of any network or system.
• Distribute malicious software, spyware, ransomware, or trojan horses.
• Generate unsolicited commercial bulk email (spam) or conduct abusive phishing operations.
• Violate applicable national, federal, or international cyber security laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the proprietary licensing mechanisms of the software.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found violating this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice or refund.

5. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Crypto Payments

EagleLogin offers transparent, tiered subscription packages:

• 3-Day Free Trial: Provides full access to create up to 3 isolated profiles for testing purposes. Access expires after 3 calendar days. No payment or credit card is required to initiate a trial.
• Paid Tiers (Starter, Basic, Team): Paid packages are provided on a monthly subscription basis, granting increased profile capacity, cloud sync allowances, and multi-user seats as specified in our official pricing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency Payments: We accept subscription payments via supported cryptocurrencies (including USDT on TRC20, ERC20, and BEP20 networks). Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, all cryptocurrency subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once approved and credited to your account.
• Quota Enforcement: If your subscription lapses, active profiles remain intact on your local disk storage, but creating new profiles or initiating cloud sync archives will be restricted until the subscription is renewed.

6. Proxies & External Network Disclaimers

EagleLogin does not provide proxy IP addresses as part of the core software. Users configure and connect their own third-party HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, or SOCKS5 proxies. We have no control over, and accept no liability for, the availability, speed, legality, or security of third-party proxy providers chosen by users.

7. Software License & Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription status, EagleLogin grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the Windows desktop client on your authorized computing devices.

All logos, trademarks, visual designs, backend code, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of EagleLogin Suite.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND DESKTOP APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY TARGET THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM AT ALL TIMES, AS THIRD-PARTY SITES FREQUENTLY MODIFY THEIR DETECTION ALGORITHMS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EAGLELOGIN, ITS DIRECTORS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, LOSS OF ACCOUNT ACCESS ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, OR DATA LOSS.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our discretion. If we make material modifications, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our software following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
